Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation to maintain a pristine environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and specialized floor cleaning techniques suitable for various surfaces. Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices. Use cleaning equipment effectively for tasks like carpet extraction, outdoor cleaning, and detailed surface care. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services that exceed expectations. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and floor care techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work when required. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Experience in laundry management, dusting, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation is highly desirable.
