Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Houseman to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our guest areas and facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for guests, supporting the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-standard hospitality setting by delivering exceptional custodial and housekeeping support. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and service spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Assist with hotel housekeeping tasks such as replenishing supplies, changing linens, and restocking amenities Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas to uphold hygiene standards in back-of-house and service zones Support janitorial duties including waste removal, window washing, and detailed surface cleaning to sustain a pristine environment Manage custodial responsibilities efficiently by organizing supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet cleanliness standards and respond promptly to guest requests or special needs Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor care techniques, and use of cleaning equipment Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks in commercial or hospitality environments Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations is a plus Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through cleanliness, organization, and exceptional service!
