Airbnb Housekeeper / Apartment & Real Estate Prep Cleaner Northern Lights Cleaning Northern Lights Cleaning is a new and fast-growing cleaning company looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This position is for Airbnb housekeeping, apartment turnovers, and real estate/move-in/move-out prep cleans. We are looking for someone who can grow with us and potentially become the team lead for this location . The right person will be dependable, trustworthy, professional, and able to work independently while following instructions precisely.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning Airbnb properties, apartments, and real estate properties Completing cleans within scheduled deadlines Following detailed instructions and prompts through an app Taking and submitting required photos when needed Communicating clearly and efficiently before, during, and after jobs Maintaining high cleaning standards and attention to detail Being available for occasional last-minute or emergency cleans
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to drive up to one hour to job locations, and on rare occasions, possibly farther Must be very reliable and dependable Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions exactly Must be able to work within deadlines Must be able to use an app for job instructions and updates Must communicate efficiently and professionally Must be trustworthy and able to work independently Must have strong attendance and avoid calling out, especially for scheduled or emergency cleans Must be flexible, as some immediate schedule changes or last-minute jobs may come up What we provide: Cleaning supplies Clear job instructions Room for growth and advancement Opportunity to become a team lead as the company expands This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing business from the beginning.
