We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of a home and helping a busy household run smoothly, while also being comfortable and experienced providing childcare when needed. This is not a traditional nanny position with occasional light housekeeping. Household care, organization, and family assistance are an important part of the role. We are hoping to find someone who takes pride in creating an organized, well-run home and who can move comfortably between household responsibilities and childcare depending on the needs of the day.

Responsibilities will include:

General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, tidy home Laundry Kitchen cleanup and light meal preparation Household organization Keeping common areas and children's spaces organized Occasional errands and household tasks Helping anticipate and stay ahead of day-to-day household needs Childcare as needed Occasional transportation related to family activities The ideal candidate is hard-working, proactive, self-directed, organized, trustworthy, and dependable. We especially value someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative rather than requiring a detailed task list each day. We are looking for someone who will become a consistent, trusted presence in our home and who is interested in a long-term position with a family that truly values the person helping to care for both our home and family. Previous professional housekeeping or household experience and meaningful childcare experience are strongly preferred. Excellent references, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.
