Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services according to company standards. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash and replace liners. Clean and organize assigned areas. Make beds and change linens when required. Perform deep-cleaning tasks when assigned. Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions. Properly use cleaning products and equipment. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with clients. Report any damages, maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or other issues to management. Arrive on time and complete assigned work within the scheduled timeframe. Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and property. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred. Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow instructions and company cleaning procedures. Ability to communicate professionally with clients and management. Must be able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment and supplies. Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned client locations. Valid driver's license is preferred.
