Clean & Polished INC is hiring dependable part-time Residential Cleaners to provide professional cleaning services throughout the Greater Hartford area.

Pay:

$20 per hour, plus customer tips Job type: Part-time Expected hours: Approximately 5-20 hours per week based on customer bookings Work location: On the road at customer properties throughout Greater Hartford Responsibilities Perform standard and deep residential cleaning Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas Sweep, vacuum and mop floors Dust furniture, fixtures, surfaces and baseboards Clean countertops, sinks, showers, toilets and mirrors Complete move-in, move-out and apartment-turnover cleanings Follow company cleaning checklists and customer instructions Submit required before-and-after photographs Clock in and out accurately using the Homebase mobile application Report damage, safety concerns and supply shortages promptly Protect customer privacy, belongings, keys and access information Communicate professionally with customers and management Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation is required A working smartphone with data service is required Must be dependable, punctual and detail-oriented Must be able to work independently and with a cleaning partner Must be able to stand, bend, kneel and reach for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Must be willing to complete a background-check process in accordance with applicable law Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Schedule Work is scheduled according to customer bookings. Morning, afternoon and occasional weekend assignments may be available. Weekly hours may vary and are not guaranteed. Once an employee accepts an assignment, they are expected to arrive on time and complete the assigned cleaning checklist.
