Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure that our clients' homes are not only clean but also welcoming! This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, including sanitizing surfaces, floor care, and attention to detail + notes in client profile. A background in customer service will be beneficial as you interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Maintain an organized approach to cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping tasks.
