Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting with proper technique to move furniture or large items safely Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning methods Communicate professionally with residents and clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with outdoor work experience preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with floor cleaning techniques Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and cleaning equipment used in housekeeping tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Excellent client communication skills to ensure resident satisfaction Skilled in dusting, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable environments!
