Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the property. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests and staff. Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and ensuring all tools are in good working order. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment is essential. Experience with industrial cleaning or hospitality environments will be advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices can help streamline operations.
