Delamar Mystic - Stunning waterfront luxury boutique hotel with views of the Mystic River is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Houseperson to clean rooms and/or lobby daily with an intuitive service-minded philosophy and to the highest standards of cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Cleaning hotel rooms daily and preparing rooms for guest check-in. Bring your own special charm, warmth, and genuine customer service. Provide superior guest service and respond quickly to the needs of our guests. Become part of a close working team of proud professionals. Must love customer service and find satisfaction in serving others. Remove dirty room linens from the guest rooms that are to be put away and never left in the corridors. Replace all guest room supplies and stationery to the required standard. Restock linen in each room to the required standard.

Qualifications:

Requires candidates to remain on their feet for extended periods of time. Previous experience working in Housekeeping and Hospitality is preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. The candidate should be able to work AM & PM shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays.
