Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our visitors. Housekeepers work to ensure all guest rooms and common spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will make a meaningful difference on our guests' visit. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation. Ensure all motel spaces are safe for guests and staff. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including stripping, folding, and organizing linens. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools safely and effectively. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper technique to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas in accordance with health regulations. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs while providing excellent customer service. Organize and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks within scheduled periods. Qualifications Experience in housekeeping roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Outdoor work experience preferred. Basic understanding of cleaning procedures such as dusting, sanitation practices, and floor cleaning techniques.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
