JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards Complete daily room assignments consistent with brand standards Monitor and record assignment progress through property management system devices throughout shift Report DNDs through property management system devices throughout shift Remove dirty linens & trash from rooms Ensures that rooms have clean linen; bedding and towels Stocking and replacing housekeeping cleaning and linen carts Maintain and refill room amenities and all product dispensers Follow hotel's safe cleaning standards and practices Complete pet room cleaning standards as needed Report pet rooms to management Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants) Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, water bottles, coffee, tea, pencils, etc. Maintain in room coffee stations Track and report water bottle sales Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures Adherence to the attendance policy and procedures Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests Knowledge of cleanliness standards
