Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our laundry services, particularly in a hotel environment. Duties Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items including linens, towels, and guest clothing. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to guest rooms or service areas. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding laundry operations and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a laundry or cleaning role is preferred. Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus. Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
