About the Position This is a 1099 independent contractor role , which means you have the flexibility to: Choose your own availability Work independently using a structured system Use your own cleaning tools and products Schedules build gradually as we confirm quality, reliability, and client satisfaction. Pay & What We Offer Pay progression: $18/hr (test job) → $22/hr (trainee) → $25/hr (professional) 100% of tips are yours Jobs assigned close to your home whenever possible We handle client communication, non-payments, and rescheduling $30 paid if a client is not home Clear expectations and organized support Important to Know This is not basic "wipe-down" cleaning We use a structured professional cleaning system A short online orientation is required before the interview You provide your own basic cleaning tools Weekday availability is preferred Work starts gradually; hours are not guaranteed at the beginning What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning in private homes Follow professional standards across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism Travel to client homes (typically within ~40 minutes during the test period) What You Need Reliable transportation Basic cleaning tools (vacuum, mop, duster, cleaning solutions) Ability to work independently and follow a system Strong sense of responsibility and time management During the test period, tools may be temporarily provided if needed.
