Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse and surrounding common areas Clean and sanitize restrooms and other assigned spaces Properly use and store janitorial products and cleaning supplies Perform pressure cleaning as needed Assist with light upkeep, such as replacing light bulbs and addressing minor maintenance needs Safely use ladders or lifts when required Set up, straighten, and organize clubhouse areas for daily use or special events Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents and guests Follow all community rules, safety procedures, and company policies Perform other clubhouse, janitorial, and light maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in clubhouse, janitorial, hospitality, or property maintenance roles preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and follow instructions Capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using ladders Effective communication skills in English Offered compensation: $17/hr
