Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces by executing detailed cleaning routines Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques to preserve flooring quality Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly Assist with custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of sanitation practices Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching comfortably Knowledge of laundry processes and proper handling of linens and clothing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication abilities Prior experience with commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus but not required Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation and safety protocols to ensure efficient work while maintaining safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail transforms spaces into spotless retreats.
