Monitor and Replenish Supplies:
Ensure that all public areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries, soap, paper towels, and cleaning products.
Report Maintenance Issues:
Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs in public areas to the appropriate department.
Guest Assistance:
Provide directions and information to guests about hotel facilities and services.
Maintain Outdoor Areas:
Clean and maintain outdoor spaces such as patios, walkways, and parking lots.
Adhere to
Health and Safety Regulations:
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Monitor Restroom Cleanliness:
Perform frequent checks of public restrooms to ensure they are clean and stocked throughout the day.
Flexibility:
Adapt to changing schedules and tasks as needed, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Daily Duties:
- Sweep, mop, scrub (where necessary), wax, and polish floors.
- Vacuum and polish elevator exteriors and interiors.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Dust and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty trash receptacles and ashtrays.
- Collect and transport soiled linens and waste to designated areas.
