We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation :
$20.00 hourly
General Purpose:
The Women's Locker Room Attendant accommodates guests' needs as they relate to spa and locker amenities. Maintains inventory control of all spa and locker supplies and cleanliness standards in all guest spaces. Assists in the handling of lock assignments, keys and articles.
Essential Duties:
Performs all facets of shoe care, including by not limited to cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of member and guest shoes. Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests. Cleans and maintains public and private locker spaces. Qualifies guests for daily golf or spa locker assignments and records pertinent information such as name, date, and locker number on designated tracking form. Distributes keys. Informs guests of hours of operation and key return policy Escorts guests to predetermined locker space. Provides necessary linens and/or attire when appropriate. Maintains acceptable levels of locker room supplies and accessories. Notifies management in advance when additional supplies are needed. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels crouches or crawls; talks or hears. Occasionally lifts up to 10 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Noise level is moderate.

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
