The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role is essential in upholding the standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to overall satisfaction in hospitality or residential settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and schedules to meet quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles preferred.
