Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers to maintain pristine surfaces Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Handle manual lifting and outdoor work safely when moving furniture or cleaning exterior areas Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies to effectively clean surfaces while minimizing environmental impact Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated periods Ensure all janitorial and custodial equipment is properly maintained and stored after use Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including dusting, surface sanitation, carpet cleaning, and floor care Experience operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and sanitation products along with their appropriate application Prior experience in laundry management and outdoor work is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle manual lifting safely and perform heavy lifting when necessary Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel valued and cared for.
