Job Summary Work with a female business owner (who is out to change the world for the better) as a Part-Time Property Operations & Cleaning Specialist, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our glamorous camping vacation rentals spotless, safe, and welcoming. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing basic repairs, and supporting overall property upkeep. Your proactive approach and commitment will help create a positive environment for our guests. This position will start out responsible for a 4-bedroom / 2-bath house in Dunnellon, FL with a chance to grow the role based on performance. There are usually 1 to 2 cleanings per week. Check-outs are at 10 am with your arrival time to the property shorty after (there is some flexibility on arrival time as there are no same-day check ins). Once on-site, there is a checklist of activities to complete specific to that property. If volume of cleanings in a given week are light, there can be other pre-agreed on tasks performed. To be a viable candidate you must have: Have reliable transportation Be a proactive and effective communicator Be available from 10am - 3pm for when cleanings might get scheduled Good attitude & work ethic Feel personally aligned with our company values (peace, respect, integrity, excellence) Willingness to take feedback, grow, and learn Duties Perform thorough house cleaning using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. All provided for you with nothing to transport. Open packages and stock supply closet. Alert owner when more supplies are needed. Maintain flower beds, weed fire pit / other common areas, keep pathways looking nice, fertilize / trim fruit trees, etc. Conduct light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs (change HVAC filter, change water filter, replace light bulb, painting touch up, etc) Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and proper care for linens / stain treatments. Ability to perform lifting safely when required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and safety.
