Help Us Keep Paradise Sparkling ! At Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Flagler Beach , we believe paradise should come with fluffy towels, crisp sheets, sparkling bathrooms, and just the right amount of island attitude. We're looking for hardworking, dependable Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our crew! What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms Making beds so beautiful guests almost feel bad messing them up Keeping bathrooms, floors, furniture, and guest areas sparkling Replacing linens, towels, and room amenities Keeping an eye out for maintenance issues and letting us know when something needs attention Helping your fellow crew members when paradise gets a little busy Creating clean, comfortable rooms that make our guests want to stay another night

What We're Looking For:

You don't need to know all the words to Margaritaville — although it certainly doesn't hurt. We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and shows up ready to work Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing things right Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to work in a fast-paced environment Available for weekends and holidays as needed Positive, friendly, and willing to pitch in when the crew needs you Housekeeping experience is great, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude go a long way around here. From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
