Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, thorough, and attentive Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, refreshing amenities, and ensuring public areas are spotless, welcoming, and safe for all guests.

Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning:

Perform thorough daily cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning windows/mirrors.

Bathroom Sanitation:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, countertops, and fixtures; restock fresh towels and toiletries.

Amenities & Restocking:

Replenish room supplies, such as coffee, tea, cups, ice buckets, notepad, pens, and promotional/informational materials.

Laundry & Linens:

Remove dirty linens and towels, sort items, and assist with laundry duties or transport linens to/from the laundry department as needed.

Maintenance & Safety Reporting:

Inspect rooms for damage, broken fixtures, or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the engineering/maintenance team.

Lost & Found:

Secure and report any items left behind by departing guests following hotel lost and found procedures.

Public Area Upkeep:

Assist with maintaining cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and service areas.

Inventory Management:
