Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dependable cleaning professionals to join our team as independent (1099) contractors. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities for motivated individuals who take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential, commercial, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleanings Follow cleaning checklists and company standards Ensure high-quality, detailed cleaning on every job Communicate professionally with clients when needed Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or Airbnb preferred) Must have a reliable vehicle Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must have active insurance Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
