Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom sanitation. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in residential or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in the industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently.
