If you take pride in your work, value flexibility, and have a passion for keeping spaces spotless, we want to partner with you. Responsibilities Perform residential or commercial cleaning services with professionalism and care Follow job-specific instructions and uphold company standards Communicate effectively with clients and team leads Ensure equipment and cleaning supplies are used safely and efficiently Provide your own transportation to job sites Requirements Experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred (but not required) Reliable transportation and smartphone for scheduling and communication Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation Competitive flat-rate or hourly pay based on job type Weekly or bi-weekly payments via direct deposit Subcontractor status (1099) - responsible for own taxes Why Partner With Us?
