Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in a hotel setting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing cleaning tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. Your positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming space for our guests according to the hotel brand standards . We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest and hard working and who can work a flexible daytime schedule. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Maintain cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks promptly. Communicate professionally with clients or residents to address specific cleaning needs or concerns. Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines. Requirements Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and proper handling techniques. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients or residents. Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members.
