Responsibilities:

Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areas Help maintain landscaping including picking up debris, to place in trash receptacle Laundry duties for towels etc. Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areas Stock refreshments as needed in common areas Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
