You clean them. Vassal Cleaning is a small local house-cleaning company in Miami. We find the customers, price the work, and handle everything before and after the clean. You show up and do the job. This post is for our north routes. This is 1099 contractor work, not employment. You pick which jobs you take and set your own schedule. No quota, no penalty for turning one down. PAY A flat rate per job, shown before you accept it. Most jobs pay $90
  • 150; larger deep cleans and move-outs run up to about $260.
That works out to about $30 an hour on a typical job. Add-ons the customer buys pay extra. Your pay is sent after you clock out and your photos are uploaded, and it usually reaches your bank in 3 to 4 business days.
REQUIREMENTS
  • General liability insurance. You carry your own policy and send us a current certificate before your first job. Not covered yet? Apply anyway and we will go through the options on the call.
  • Your own supplies, equipment and transport
  • A smartphone: jobs, checklist and pay all live in one app
  • 18+, legally able to work in the US as a contractor
  • Two references we can call
  • past cleaning clients, or a company you cleaned for WHERE Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour and North Miami.
