We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Home Cook to care for a private residence in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained home. This is more than a traditional housekeeping position — we are looking for someone who can independently manage the day-to-day needs of the household, prepare delicious home-cooked meals, and ensure the home is always clean, organized, and comfortable. The homeowner values someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and attentive to the little details that make a house feel like a home. Key Responsibilities Housekeeping & Home Care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home through daily housekeeping. Perform general cleaning, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Manage laundry, ironing, linens, and bed making. Keep closets, cabinets, pantry, and household spaces tidy and organized. Monitor household supplies and replenish items as needed. Identify household maintenance needs and communicate them promptly. Cooking & Grocery Shopping Plan and prepare fresh, delicious, and healthy home-cooked meals based on the homeowner's preferences. Grocery shop and maintain a well-stocked refrigerator and pantry. Prepare meals for immediate enjoyment and occasionally in advance. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Accommodate dietary preferences and adjust menus as needed. General Household Management Take ownership of the daily household routine and anticipate needs. Run occasional household errands. Coordinate with outside service providers when needed. Assist with light preparation when the homeowner is entertaining guests. Maintain a high level of discretion and respect for the homeowner's privacy. Ideal Candidate Previous experience working in a private residence in a housekeeping, household management, or private cook capacity. Strong cooking skills and a genuine enjoyment of preparing fresh, flavorful meals. Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction. Warm, professional, dependable, and discreet. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to household care.
