Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed. Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, or heavy items safely during cleaning or rearrangement tasks. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific needs or special requests to enhance customer satisfaction. Follow time management practices to complete daily tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure proper floor care through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to preserve flooring integrity. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations related to janitorial work, custodial procedures, and outdoor maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools. Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and surface care products. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling bulky items or equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus. Outdoor work experience is beneficial for maintaining exterior spaces or garden areas if applicable. Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods.
