Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Conduct outdoor work such as patio cleaning or yard tidying as needed to enhance curb appeal. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items, adhering to manual handling guidelines. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage of janitorial tools. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and fixtures. Follow time management practices to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality. Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations and safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools is advantageous. Knowledge of cleaning detergents and proper application techniques ensures effective sanitation. Experience in laundry services including stain removal and fabric care is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or moving furniture. Outdoor work experience is beneficial for tasks involving yard or patio maintenance. Prior custodial or janitorial experience provides a solid foundation for understanding sanitation procedures and surface cleaning techniques.
