Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living environments for clients Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with precision and safety Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas to meet high standards of sanitation Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and sanitation procedures required for effective floor care and surface cleaning Experience in laundry management including sorting, washing, folding, and stain removal preferred Knowledge of outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes or properties Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably over extended periods Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is advantageous Join us to deliver outstanding cleanliness standards that make every home feel welcoming!
