This is an independent contractor opportunity for established cleaning companies interested in ongoing commercial accounts and project-based work.

Service Opportunities May Include:

Routine commercial janitorial services Medical facility cleaning Day porter services Floor care, including stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Post-construction and detailed cleaning Pressure washing and exterior cleaning Additional specialty cleaning projects

Requirements:

Previous commercial cleaning experience Registered business with EIN and completed W-9 General Liability Insurance Workers' Compensation Insurance or a valid Florida exemption, when legally applicable Reliable transportation Proper commercial-grade equipment and supplies Sufficient staffing to complete assigned scopes and schedules Ability to communicate professionally with CFBS Group management Ability to submit service reports and before-and-after photographs Willingness to follow property security, safety, and quality requirements Background screening may be required for certain properties
