Responsibilities are but not limited to: All rooms must be cleaned per Wyndham Standards Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a fresh environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to preserve their appearance and safety. Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service while maintaining a safe work environment. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred; experience in hospitality or custodial roles is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
