Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards Execute floor care procedures such as sweeping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Implement proper janitorial and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with safety precautions in mind Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, operate cleaning equipment safely, and apply cleaning detergents following safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, outdoor work experience preferred Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation procedures, including the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or spaces Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably Knowledge of floor cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs Experience with janitorial or custodial work is advantageous; certifications in commercial or residential cleaning are a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us as a Housekeeper and be part of a team committed to creating clean, comfortable living spaces that truly make a difference.
