We work in residential homes, high-end properties, offices, and specialty projects, including post-construction and new-build final cleans. Dependable and punctual—you do what you say you're going to do Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Comfortable working independently once trained Coachable and willing to learn our systems and standards Professional and respectful in clients' homes Friendly and able to communicate well with clients and teammates Physically able to perform the demands of residential cleaning Comfortable working in both occupied and unoccupied homes Able to notice when something needs attention without always being told Someone who takes ownership when something is missed and is willing to make it right Comfortable using checklists and following established cleaning procedures Previous professional cleaning experience is required, preferably post-construction or turnover cleans. What the job looks like Our work can include: Deep cleans (most common in this area) Move-in / move-out cleans (most common in this area) High-end residential homes Recurring residential cleaning Office and commercial cleaning Post-construction / renovation final cleans Bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, floors, surfaces, detail work and general cleaning Occasional specialty cleaning projects You'll be trained on our cleaning standards, procedures, client expectations, and quality-control process. Schedule We are currently looking for someone who can commit to: 2 weekdays, these jobs can typically be done within a day or two at any time of the day so they are flexible. This is the perfect job for someone looking for some extra work. It will turn in to a full-time role over time but for now is a great, flexible job for extra hours in a week.
