Equipment Operator Salary:

$42,000-$51,000 per year (based on experience) Established construction company with over 40 years in business is seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with site development, grading, underground utility installation, and general construction activities. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a safe and professional job site.

Qualifications:

Experience operating construction equipment preferred. Experience with site work or underground utility construction is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
