Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of treatment rooms, reception areas, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle laundry services for towels, linens, and other salon textiles efficiently and hygienically Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling chemicals and disinfectants in accordance with safety guidelines Conduct window cleaning, floor care, pressure washing, and other specialized cleaning tasks to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety for yourself and others Manage custodial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order Follow infection control protocols diligently to prevent contamination and promote a healthy environment for clients and staff Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial or salon settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including window cleaning, floor care, pressure washing, and sanitation practices Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large cleaning equipment Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and the use of PPE to ensure safe work practices Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and clients when needed Experience with laundry services for linens and towels in a commercial environment Attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards at all times
