Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Handle various chemical agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures for chemical agents and cleaning supplies Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and maintain floor care standards to ensure a pristine appearance Manage heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large cleaning equipment with proper manual handling techniques Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to meet health and safety regulations Use industrial cleaning tools and janitorial equipment effectively to deliver high-quality cleanliness standards Respond promptly to guest requests or special cleaning needs, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with knowledge of hotel housekeeping management preferred Familiarity with floor cleaning, industrial cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to handle chemical agents safely and responsibly while maintaining compliance with safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines Strong manual handling skills for lifting heavy items and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic approach to guest interactions Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial roles is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and hospitality!
