Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Skills Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong understanding of housekeeping management principles. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service. Proficient in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
