Cleaning Professional/ Housekeeper

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure optimal hygiene. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Conduct detailed floor care procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health guidelines. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Competence in laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics with care. Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners and scrubbers.
