Proven experience in residential cleaning and sanitation practices Knowledge of different types of floors plus care and maintenance techniques Ability to perform and manage housekeeping tasks Knowledge of the differences between the types of stoves Steam Cleaner Knowledge Strong customer service and sales skills to ensure client satisfaction Responsibilities

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, ensuring high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Manage laundry and carpet cleaning tasks as required. Utilize janitorial and custodial skills for commercial cleaning projects. Occasionally prepare meals, demonstrating cooking skills when requested. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. The physical work requirements are as fallow:

• Bending
• Lifting
• Carrying up to 50 LBS
• Climbing Step and ladders from 4 feet high to 8 feet high
• Reaching
• Cleaning bathrooms ( including Toilets)
• Walking
• Climbing up and down stairs sometimes daily
• Moving dining room chairs Every team member has a 90 day probationary period of training.
