Responsibilities:

Immaculate Cleanliness:

Clean rooms daily. Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting.

Inspect Rooms:

Assist the director of housekeeping in room inspections to ensure guests experience a great stay, and check in on time.

Team Leadership:

Keep the team motivated and performing at their highest potential, inspecting rooms and providing feedback to your fellow housekeepers.

Teach:

Must love teaching, demonstrating new hires with the best practices in the industry and abide by brand/company standards.

Guest Satisfaction:

Restock amenities and supplies, making sure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.

Efficient Turnovers:

Ensure efficient room turnovers and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Inspect every room according to Brand Standards. Excellence in
