We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our professional cleaning team in Hillsborough County , including Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, and Apollo Beach. This is an active, physically demanding position for people who enjoy staying busy, working efficiently, and taking pride in providing excellent service. Pay & Schedule Earn $600-$900 per week + tips Top-performing employees can earn more Approximately 30-40 hours per week Monday through Friday No regular weekend schedule Benefits 1 week of paid vacation per year Paid birthday off Monthly performance bonuses of $100 / $60 / $40 $100 referral bonus after your referred employee completes 3 months Opportunity to grow with The Real Maids Requirements Must be available Monday through Friday Must have reliable transportation Must have access to a reliable vehicle in good condition Must be comfortable driving between customer homes. Travel between jobs is typically 20 miles or less.
