We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our professional cleaning team in Hillsborough County , including Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, and Apollo Beach. This is an active, physically demanding position for people who enjoy staying busy, working efficiently, and taking pride in providing excellent service. Pay & Schedule Earn $600-$900 per week + tips Top-performing employees can earn more Approximately 30-40 hours per week Monday through Friday No regular weekend schedule Benefits 1 week of paid vacation per year Paid birthday off Monthly performance bonuses of $100 / $60 / $40 $100 referral bonus after your referred employee completes 3 months Opportunity to grow with The Real Maids Requirements Must be available Monday through Friday Must have reliable transportation Must have access to a reliable vehicle in good condition Must be comfortable driving between customer homes. Travel between jobs is typically 20 miles or less. Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods Must be dependable and arrive to work on time Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must take pride in delivering high-quality work
