In this role, you'll be the key to transforming living spaces into pristine environments through meticulous cleaning, organization, and attention to detail. Whether you're tackling routine chores or special cleaning projects, your positive attitude and dedication will make a real difference in our clients' lives. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently. Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep all flooring pristine. Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, paying special attention to kitchens and bathrooms. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their specific needs and preferences. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and restock materials as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing clutter and tidying up living spaces to enhance overall home comfort. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, waxing, and floor polishing. Ability to perform sanitation procedures effectively in kitchens and bathrooms. Customer service skills that foster positive relationships with clients and address their needs promptly. Experience with laundry processes including washing, folding, and stain removal. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices or hotel housekeeping management is a plus. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
