Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks as needed to ensure all areas are well-maintained. Launder linens when required by clients. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as requested by clients. Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours, including availability for occasional weekend work as required.
