Job Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming, sanitary, and well-presented environment for all guests and staff. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces) Change and replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities Restock room supplies (toiletries, coffee, minibar items, etc.) Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Manage and organize housekeeping cart and supplies Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services Collaborate with front desk and maintenance staff as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team Good time-management skills to complete assigned rooms within shift Ability to stand, and bend for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Basic English communication skills; bilingual candidates a plus Must pass a background check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hilton Employee discounts on hotel stays Opportunities for growth within the hotel
