House Cleaner / Residential Cleaning Technician Lemon & Love Cleaning Club is growing in Florida, and we're looking for another great person to join our team! We're more than just a cleaning company. We're happy to train the right person who has a great attitude and genuinely cares about doing a good job.

What the job looks like:

Residential cleaning throughout St. Johns County and surrounding areas Basic, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces, fixtures, mirrors and more Following our cleaning checklists and client notes Working alongside your teammates as well as independently Providing the same level of care and attention in every home We'd love someone who is: Reliable and punctual — this is a big one for us! Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Friendly, positive and easy to work with Comfortable working at a steady, active pace Able to take direction and learn our cleaning standards Respectful of our clients, their homes and their belongings Comfortable working independently once trained Has reliable transportation and can travel between clients' homes Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, daytime hours, typically around 8 AM-3 PMNo weekends or holidaysStarting at $16/hour + tips This is a physically active position that includes standing, bending, reaching, lifting, vacuuming and mopping throughout the day.
