Summary As a House Cleaner, you will be part of a professional residential cleaning team providing high-quality cleaning services to our customers' homes. This is an active, hands-on position that is a great fit for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and seeing the results of their work. Our house cleaners typically work 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday , with no nights or weekends . Starting pay is $15 per hour plus customer tips , with opportunities for pay increases. Our cleaners commonly earn $500+ per week including tips , depending on hours worked and tips received. Employees use their own reliable vehicle for work, and mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying business miles . We offer weekly pay, paid training, customer tips, mileage reimbursement, and a consistent daytime schedule .

Duties:

• Perform professional residential cleaning services as part of a team
• Clean approximately 3-4 residential homes per day
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
• Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other areas as assigned
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Handle customers' homes and belongings with care
• Work efficiently with team members to complete scheduled homes on time
• Travel between customers' homes during the workday using your personal vehicle
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred but not required
• Paid training is provided
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management skills
• Must be comfortable performing an active, physical job throughout the workday, including standing, bending, reaching, vacuuming, mopping, and carrying cleaning supplies
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between customers' homes
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
